Retirement (ESOP and 401k)
DCS retirement benefit contributions total 7.25%, combining 3% to each employee 401(k) account and 4.25% of total eligible compensation to the ESOP.
Paid Leave
PTO is based on seniority and job title. DCS has 10 paid holidays per year. Parental Leave available after 1 year of employment.
Health Benefits
Comprehensive medical (PPO and HDHP with HSA), dental, and vision benefits include in- and out-of-network benefits. TriCare supplement and Flexible Spending available.
Welfare Benefits
DCS offers company-paid life and disability insurances as well as Employee Assistance Plan services.
